The product in this test system is 3-level air compressor. The system controls the start of motor by frequency converter and monitor temperature, pressure, vibration value of every level in the process. When the speed is constant, the valve is adjusted to make last pressure value to set point, the system can calculate flow and power according to that.
The whole test cycle ensures that the temperature, pressure and flow of the lubricating oil are within the set range and the cooling water flow is normal.
The control measurement system is based on the NI PXI system design, and the software is based on Labview.
