System controls pump from 0 start until 10000 RPM, flow increasing during the speeding up process at the same time.The whole process controls output oil flow 60 l/min (plus or minus 1 l/min) and the excessive oil discharges to the fuel tank, The oil pressure is 80 bar (+ / - 0.5 bar)and the oil temperature ois 45 degrees (+ / - 0.5 degrees).The system adopts the Bosch rexroth hydraulic components,and the test system adopts ni-pxi platform, which can be adjusted by PID time with high-speed response and realize fully automatic control of the whole process.
