This is a semi-auto assembly line of vehicle remote control key, product cycle time for 30 seconds. It can adapt to different types of products as kinds of fixtures change. And there are error prevention system and traceability system in this line, including 10 work stations. In each station, there is a detection system and the data from detection system will be uploaded to client server.
