This is a set of semi-auto CHRA assembly manual line. The procuct cycle time is 30S,including 3 stations.First station: Put on the centre housing;Visual inspection of shaft, bearing, thrust spacer and positioning screw type;Put the tested shaft and shroud on the centre housing;The cylinder compresses shaft,inserts the bearing into the centre housing, and the screwdriver detects the direction and position of the bearing , and then locks the positioning screw. Automatically loads thrust ring and marks barcode label.Second station: Scan the barcode of the centre housing; Place the turbine and seal plate;Cylinder push the turbine to heat (110 ℃) and visual inspection seal plate at the same time;Place the tested seal plate on the centre housing and automatically screw tightening .Insert the heated turbine into shaft wheel, Exair cooling system makes the turbine cooling to 35 ℃ .Third station: Scan the barcode of the centre housing and place the fixture;Manually tighten lock nut and automatically screw the lock nut;Leakage test (5ml/min);Axial clearance test;Laser marking.
